Credits are usable only inside ARQ, are nontransferable, and aren’t a payment method between customers and shops. An unlock is an opportunity, not a guaranteed response or job.

ARQ is being built to make that conversation clearer: helping vehicle owners understand their options and helping independent shops win work that fits, with room to show value beyond being the cheapest.

Can I use ARQ today?
Not yet. ARQ is in development and will launch first in British Columbia. You can request launch updates now. Repair requests, shop credit purchases and live marketplace services are not open through this page.
Is it free for vehicle owners?
Yes. Vehicle owners will use ARQ free. Repair shops purchase credits to unlock the requests they choose to pursue.
Does every request cost one credit?
No. Credit costs vary by request. Shops will see the credit cost before choosing to unlock a request.
Does ARQ handle the repair or payment?
No. ARQ connects vehicle owners and shops. You arrange the work and pay the repair shop directly. ARQ does not perform repairs or process payments for repairs.
Are credits refundable?
Unused paid credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, including the unused portion of a package at its original price per credit. Credits spent on successful unlocks are normally nonrefundable. See our full refund policy for invalid requests, technical failures and other circumstances.
Does an unlock guarantee a customer or job?
No. An unlock gives a shop an opportunity to respond. A customer not replying or choosing another shop does not automatically qualify for a refund. Report fake, duplicate or materially incorrect requests within 7 days of unlocking; confirmed issues result in restored wallet credits.
