Credit delivery
How ARQ credits will reach your shop wallet and what happens if something goes wrong.
Credit purchases are not yet available. This page describes the intended delivery process at launch. This website does not currently accept payments or deliver purchased credits.
Digital credits, delivered to your ARQ wallet
When purchases open, repair shops will purchase credits through ARQ. After successful payment is confirmed, the purchased credits will be added to the shop’s ARQ wallet. Credits are digital; there are no physical goods or shipping charges.
The wallet balance and purchase record will show the credits associated with the purchase. A failed or incomplete payment does not create a completed credit purchase. Payment and delivery functionality is still being completed; any delivery timing applicable at launch will be stated before you purchase.

Applicable taxes will be added at checkout. Credits never expire. The number of credits needed to unlock a request varies; shops will see the cost before unlocking.
If purchased credits are missing
Contact marian@arquotes.com with your shop-account email and purchase reference. Do not include full payment-card details. We respond within 2 business days and will deliver the missing purchased credits or refund the affected purchase, as appropriate.
If an unlock fails
If credits are deducted but the unlock fails, we restore those credits. Credits spent on a successful unlock are normally nonrefundable, subject to the exceptions in our refund policy.
What credits can be used for
Credits are usable only inside ARQ to unlock repair requests. They are nontransferable and are not a payment method between customers and repair shops. Customers arrange and pay for repairs directly with their chosen shop. ARQ takes no percentage commission on repair bills.
