1. Who is responsible

ARQ Systems LLC operates ARQ (Auto Repair Quotes) and is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy requests, email marian@arquotes.com or call +1 604-445-3508.

2. What this website collects

• Launch updates: the email address you submit and whether you are interested as a vehicle owner or repair shop. We also record when you requested updates and the consent wording/version you agreed to.
• Contact requests: information you choose to include when you email or call us, so that we can answer you.
• Technical operation: website hosting and security services may process connection information such as IP address, browser details and request logs. Our signup handler uses a protected identifier derived from the connection address to limit repeated requests; it does not store the raw IP address in the signup record.

Please do not send payment-card details, identification documents or sensitive repair records through the launch form. It only needs your email and role.

3. Why we use it

We use launch-signup information to send the ARQ launch updates you request, tailor those updates to vehicle owners or repair shops, maintain your consent preference, answer questions and protect the form from misuse. This form does not sign you up for unrelated advertising or create a marketplace account.

4. Service providers and sharing

If you contact us by email, your email service and ours process that correspondence. We do not sell launch-signup information or share the list with repair shops for their own marketing. We may disclose information when required by law or as necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Service providers may process information outside your province or country, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. We will update this policy if additional services materially change how launch-signup information is processed.

5. Cookies and browser storage

This prelaunch page does not add advertising or analytics trackers, embed third-party maps or use browser storage to retain your form entries. The form sends information only when you submit it. Infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.

6. Retention

We retain launch-signup information for the launch-update purpose for which you provided it. If you withdraw consent, we stop using your email to send launch updates and retain only the information needed to respect your preference or meet applicable legal requirements. You can also request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request comes from you. We respond to support inquiries within 2 business days; completing a privacy request may require additional time.

8. Security

We restrict access to signup records and use encrypted connections for transmission. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We do not collect or store payment-card information through this prelaunch website.

9. Updates and contact

We will publish changes on this page. Before the marketplace opens, its privacy information will describe the actual account, vehicle, repair-request, photo, location and payment processing that is implemented at that time.
